Clean eating is my way of life.

No meals are skipped. I eat five times daily.

I practice mindful eating.

All foods that I consume are evaluated for nutritional & caloric value.

At 7:30 my kitchen closes.

With every meal, I analyze my reasons for eating.

Exercise is a way of life. I exercise 3 to 5 times weekly.

My life is a work of art. I work to create balance, health & happiness.

I Live the Ten Spokes.

I have Caught the Wave.

I consistently Eat to be Fit.
